Robert Puschautz is a representational painter based out of Tyler Texas. Robert received his bachelor’s in Painting and Art Education from the University of Urbana Champaign in 2010. After teaching art for three years, he continued his studies in classical painting at the Ravenswood Atelier in Chicago from 2014-2017.
Since moving to Tyler in 2017 he has been creating religious paintings for the Diocese of Tyler and beyond as the Stabat Mater Art Fellow. He is particularly interested in religious subjects but finds inspiration and metaphor in the created world for still life and landscape paintings as well.
